Proverbs 3:9-10

9 Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops;
10 then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.

For many people, their financial offering is a spiritual practice. A practical response to a generous God.
For churches, offerings resource ministry and mission.
Our church relies on the gifts, tithes and offerings of the people who call our church ‘home’.

  1. When you give you are worshipping God. He asks us to give generously to partner in his work in the world.
  2. When you give, you are surrendering your finances to God. No matter how much you give, the act of giving is devotion to God and dependence on him.
  3. When you give, you are making the every day, life-changing work of our church possible. God has called us to love people and invite them in a growing relationship with Jesus. Your generosity helps us to achieve this, with you as part of this.
  4. The options below allow you to do one-off giving or options 2 and 3 allow for regular repeat giving, if you wish.

BSBC has four Funds you can direct your giving toward as listed below. Whatever way you choose to give, please ensure you identify on the envelope, bank deposit or the Tithe.ly comments field which fund it is intended for.

  1. General Operations Fund which supports our daily operations, including our staff and facilities.
  2. Mission Fund which supports our missionary focussed activities in our neighbourhood, our nation and overseas.
  3. Designated Gift Fund. If the Lord has laid a burden on your heart to support a particular circumstance then please use this fund and we will ensure the Funds are used or onforwarded as directed.
  4. Building Fund. The monies directed to this fund will be used to enhance our place of worship and provide facilities to better support BSBC ministries.

You can give three (3) ways:

  1. By cash when attending our church in person – we do have an offering box available during services.
